About this Project...
Starting with a gently sloping corner lot generously dotted with mature trees, and the client’s enthusiasm for gardening and renovation, Giraffe Design Build was entrusted with the transformation of the client’s modest 1950’s ranch house.
The existing breezeway was converted into a new dining room, the outdoor patio provided the space for the new mudroom, the kitchen was completely renovated, a new screen porch was added connecting the interior spaces to the client’s stunning backyard, and the exterior facade, capped by an earth-friendly sustainable metal roof was completely transformed. In short, a house became a welcoming home! |
