About this Project...
This project started with an idea to remove a fireplace and boiler room from the middle of the first floor. This enabled KLA to create a Great Room that unites living, dining and cooking areas, including a cook’s kitchen and a living space with vaulted ceilings and skylights. Add a newly-designed master bedroom with his and her’s closet space, a home office, and a bathroom makeover, and you have another fabulously designed KLA renovation. The home is warm and highly functional; with open spaces that improve flow while incorporating unique design features that give each space its own feel. At KLA, we integrate many green building practices into our projects and this one, which includes a geothermal heating and cooling system, is no exception.
