About this Project...
This project features a small bump-out and renovation of a house that was moved to this location from downtown Ann Arbor 30 years ago. This vintage turn-of-thecentury Victorian received both historic repairs to the outside, and space reorganization inside to be more functional and beautiful. This remodel features many green techniques, such as blown-in foam insulation, energy recovery ventilation, and geothermic heating, cooling, and hot water to make this house healthier and more comfortable with a fraction of its former carbon footprint. |
