About this Project...
An exciting kitchen addition prompted remodeling the entire first floor of this 1960’s Colonial. The foyer includes a Therma-tru entry system and travertine tile floor continuing down the hallway and into the remodeled powder room. In the bright, expanded kitchen, the maple Kraftmaid cabinets are accented by Santa Cecilia granite countertops, tile backsplash, and new appliances. The new red oak flooring coordinates with the refinished floor in the adjacent living room. In the family room, we upgraded the energy efficiency of the home with new insulation and Anderson windows and patio door. We finished by adding a new fireplace mantel. |
