About this Project...

This grand project integrates two additions, an older home, and a reconfigured floor plan. A second floor master suite above a new attached garage was added, and a rear addition now houses a spacious kitchen and mudroom. This 1939 Colonial is now a welcoming, comfortable home with a revised layout and flow that finally makes sense. With meticulous design, 700 square feet was added and an open floor plan was created, and yet the proportions and detailing match the original home’s character.
