The idea of building a one-of-a-kind custom home can be intimidating. It’s difficult to determine where to start and even more so, what company should you trust to turn your dreams into reality.

At this workshop, you will learn what to expect from the custom home building process and the benefits of the Design Build approach versus competitive bidding. This also gives you the opportunity to meet and interact with an experienced team of home building professionals.

We will focus on:

· Prioritizing before starting the custom home process
· How to interview and select the right design build team
· Planning your home’s floor plan, exterior and a strategy for interior design
· Step-by-step guide of the custom home building process

Smooth, stress-free construction is all about preparation. The Design Build process will help you take control of your custom home and budget and ensure a positive experience from design through construction.
