Fuchs Construction - 1162 Bandera Drive
This 1960's ranch style home was updated, expanded, and re-configured to suit the changing needs of our homeowners, who desired to make their home a gathering place for 4 generations of family. The original kitchen and dining areas were combined to create a new, gourmet kitchen featuring Wood Harbor cabinetry. The family room was doubled in size to create space for entertaining, the primary entry way was relocated, the old living room was converted into a new, larger dining room, a new timber framed screened porch was added, and all the old aluminum framed windows were replaced with custom sized Weathershield windows. Architect on the project was Mary Kalmes.
