Description of Project:
We remodeled a 1920s west side Ann Arbor home. The project included replacing the foundation of an older existing addition, adding dormers to the existing roof line, and constructing a two-story bump-out addition on the back of the home.

Interior work consisted of remodeling the entire first floor, including a new kitchen and a new 1/2 bath. On the second floor we added a new master bath with a walk-in closet, and a sitting/study room in the master suite.

We also remodeled an existing bath and added a much needed laundry room on the second floor. Exterior remodeling included a new roof and painting the whole house.
