Description of Project:
Don't miss this beautiful addition with a cozy sunroom and new office space. Architect Mary Kalmes designed this remodeled first floor that includes an updated kitchen.

The sunroom addition has new oak hardwood flooring and an elliptical window over prairie-style doors. The new fireplace is accented with local Motawi tile and built-in cabinetry.

The dining room was opened up with the addition of oak columns and French doors leading to the new office. In the kitchen a garden window was added along with Corian countertops, maple cabinets, new appliances, and lighting. A bathroom skylight, Anderson windows, and a Pella door complete the renovations.
