Description of Project:
Another beautiful Landsdowne transformation by LaRoe Remodeling! The homeowners of this 1970s Landsdowne colonial came to us with a list of updates they wanted to make to their home, including a much larger kitchen. We listened to their wants and needs, and together came up with a plan that fit their desires and their budget.
Working with Architect Ed Wier, the first floor was dramatically changed with an addition off of the back that nearly doubles the size of the kitchen! With design help from Becky Gregory, of Expo Kitchen & Bath, the new kitchen features cherry cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a new walk-in pantry.
New red oak hardwood flooring spills from the kitchen into the adjacent living areas through expanded archways giving the whole first floor an open feel. New bay windows, siding, shingles, paint, and French doors leading to the new Trex deck out back complete the project, and the wish list.
